What is the booking process?

  • Contact us โ€“ Fill out our contact form, email, or call us with as much detail as possible (wedding date, venue, floral needs).
  • Initial quote โ€“ Weโ€™ll respond with a tailored quote and may request inspiration photos if you have them.
  • Consultation โ€“ Weโ€™ll schedule a Zoom chat or in-person meeting to finalise your quote and vision.
  • Secure your date โ€“ A 30% deposit confirms your booking.
  • Relax โ€“ Weโ€™ll keep in touch and confirm details closer to the day.
  • On the day โ€“ Weโ€™ll deliver your flowers and set up your ceremony and reception arrangements.

How far in advance should I book wedding flowers?

We recommend booking at least 4โ€“6 months in advance. We can sometimes accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 30% deposit is required to secure your date. We do not hold tentative bookings.

What is your refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 2 months of your wedding date.

Can I make changes after the consultation?

Yes. You can make changes anytime before we place your flower order (3โ€“6 weeks before your wedding). After that, only additions are possible.

How much do wedding flowers cost?

Prices vary depending on size, flower types, set-up complexity, and location. Most couples spend between $2,000โ€“$5,000.

Do you have a minimum spend?

No. We donโ€™t have a minimum spend. Many couples simply choose a bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, and buttonhole without larger arrangements, and weโ€™re happy to work with you at that level.

What are your delivery, set-up, and take-down fees?

Delivery and set-up within Auckland start at $100. For locations outside Auckland, please contact us.

Do you offer hire items (vases, stands, arches)?

Yes. We have a range of vessels, stands, and arches available for hire, which will be detailed in your quote.

Can you repurpose ceremony flowers for the reception?

Often yes. We can advise how arrangements from your ceremony can be moved and reused to maximise your budget.

Can you work with specific colour palettes or themes?

Absolutely. Share your colour palette or theme and weโ€™ll tailor the flowers to match. Inspiration photos are always helpful.

Do you offer mock-up bouquets?

Yes. We can provide a sample bouquet at an additional cost if youโ€™d like to preview your wedding flowers.

Do you deliver bouquets and buttonholes separately from venue flowers?

Yes. We can deliver personal flowers to your getting-ready location before heading to the venue for set-up.

What if I donโ€™t know much about flowers?

Thatโ€™s no problem. Weโ€™ll guide you through seasonal availability and recommend designs that suit your style and budget.

Do you have favourite flowers to design with?

We enjoy working with a wide range of flowers and textures. Weโ€™ll suggest seasonal options that suit your vision and wedding date.

What happens to the flowers after the wedding?

Theyโ€™re all yours! Just remove them from our vases and leave the vessels behind for us to collect.
