Substitution Policy

The images on our website provide a general representation of flower color tones. Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers may not be in stock. In such cases, we will substitute them with blooms of a similar colour and value. While wrap colours may vary, we guarantee that the overall quality, value, and aesthetic of the arrangement will remain consistent.

Delivery Policy

Charges

Ensure you select the correct delivery zone during checkout. Selecting the wrong zone may result in adjustments to the flower/gift value.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery details. Incorrect addresses may cause delays and incur additional charges for redelivery.

Undeliverable Items

If your gift cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our store. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery time, which may incur an additional charge for a second delivery attempt.

Timed Deliveries

You may request delivery at specific times, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Delivery Days

We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays, except for:

  • Mother’s Day Sunday
  • When Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday

Currency

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (15%).

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please notify us by phone or email. Cancellations are not accepted if the order has already been made and packaged. If the cancellation request is received before preparation begins, we will process a full refund.

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your flowers or gift, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Issue a refund
  • Resend the product
  • Provide an alternative gift of equal value

Refunds and resolutions are determined at Ann Cheshire Florist’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
